Quantity Surveyor

Responsibility:

• Assist in measurement and cost estimation for tender & quotation
• Provide administration & documentation for project in tender preparation, evaluation of claims & contract administration
• Provide support to site team on VOs, progress claims, etc.
• Coordinate site works amoug sub-contractors and suppliers

Requirements:

. Able to work independently with minimal guidance

. Meticulous and conscientious with work

. Knowledgeable in MS Office/Excel ,

. Knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus

. Diploma/ITE in Quantity Surveying/ Building from a recognised institute by BCA

. Fluent in English

. Fresh graduate is Welcome
