QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Responsibilities

• Take off quantities for tender submissions and ongoing projects

• Attend client meetings and site visits to verify and confirm measurements

• Prepare and submit progress claims in a timely manner

• Update, track and manage drawings to ensure accuracy and timely information flow

• Follow up closely on all quotations issued

• Maintain proper, complete and well-organised contract documentation

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Familiar with AutoCAD and able to prepare or update drawings

• Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills
