BIM MODELLER (ARCHITECTURE) cum Quantity Surveyor

BIM MODELLER (ARCHITECTURE) Job Descriptions:

. Deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawings and technical details to support construction works using BIM.

. Liaise with architects, clients, consultants, and other parties involved in the design of the building.

. To create parametric Revit families & View Templates.

. To produce shop drawing by using BIM.

. To export CAD files with the correct color code from BIM Model.

. Resolve basic modeling issues.

. Documentation related to BIM processes for record and submission.

. Other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Architectural or equivalent

. Min 2 years experience working with Revit Modeling, Navisworks & other BIM-related software.

. Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software in Archi and able to efficiently use BIM to perform drawing works. . Able to work independently.

. Understand basic modeling and dimensioning, etc.

. Possess a positive attitude to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

. Cost planning and budgeting

. Tender document preparation

. Tender evaluation and contractor selection

. Cost control during construction

. Valuations and payment assessments

. Change management and contract administration

. Risk identification and mitigation

. Final accounts preparation, including Variation Orders

Salary : SGD3200-SGD5500
