Job Summary
Conduct feasibility studies, prepare budgets, manage contract negotiations, monitor project costs, and conduct site visits to ensure accurate work progress and payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate material, labor, and time costs for accurate project budgeting
- Prepare detailed budgets to support project financial planning and control
- Develop tender documents and Bills of Quantities (BoQ) to facilitate transparent contractor selection
- Manage contract negotiations with contractors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks
- Monitor project expenditures and track cost variations to maintain budget adherence
- Prepare monthly cost reports to inform stakeholders of financial status and project progress
- Prepare contracts, identify potential risks, and handle disputes to ensure legal compliance and project continuity
- Conduct site visits to measure work progress, value completed work, and process payments accurately
- Apply knowledge of construction drawings and contracts to support project execution and compliance
- Utilize MS Office and AutoCAD proficiently to prepare documentation and drawings
- Communicate effectively and negotiate with project stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate collaboration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in cost control and claims preparation
- Strong site supervision skills
