Responsibilities
- Report directly to General Manager to drive project cost efficiency and contract compliance
- Prepare and administer contracts to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements
- Perform quantity take-offs and compute accurate project costing to monitor and control expenditure throughout project lifecycle
- Manage tender costing processes and oversee timely submission of competitive bids to secure projects
- Prepare and review project budgets by comparing planned costs against actual expenditures to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Verify and certify monthly site project progress claims and subcontractor payment claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract terms
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
- Relevant working experience in contracts administration, quantity surveying, or cost control functions preferred
