Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Carry out pre-tender quantity take-off (stones and tiles), obtain quotation to compose bid prices for purpose of tenders
• Prepare Material List, monitor quantity of material delivered to the agreed total project requirement
• Prepare regular progress claims within the stipulated timing
• Prepare Bill of Quantities for subcontract work
• Prepare progress payment certificates for subcontractor
• Prepare purchasing document for review and approval
• Co-ordinate with material fabricators/suppliers
• Prepare minor Auto-cad drawings when necessary
• Any other QS function as and when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in QS/Building or equivalent
• Knowledge of Autocad
• Experience in Stone / Tile finishes will be an added advantage
