Job Description
Preparing of tender submission within specific deadline.
Liaising with suppliers and vendors including reviewing of quotation and proposal.
Assisting in the preparation of tender and material submission.
Preparation of preliminary project organisation chart , schedules and cash flow.
Preparation of presentation slides for tender interview.
Preparation of budget sheet for awarded tender
Monitoring actual construction cost vs contract work quality.
Ensuring that cost is ideally managed within budget throughout the project
