Job Description
- Study & review drawings, take off quantity, cost estimation and request for quotation
- Responsible for quantity surveying and cost estimating
- Liaising with clients& subcontractors
- Checking and analyzing of tenders
- Preparing progressive claims
- Ensure that project files, drawings, specification and bidding contracts are maintained
- Update and record variation or omission order issued of each project, record certified claims
- Verify sub-contractor's claims for approval
- Prepare and purchase insurance for project such as Performance Bond
- Any other ad hoc works.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of QS experience
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Words and Office
- Good in handling paper work and able to work under stress and fast paced environment
- Good problem solving skill and able to address potential issues proactively
- Good in communication skill (verbal& written) and interpersonal skill
