Senior Site Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Senior Site Quantity Surveyor (ID6006)
Department / Project Location: Seletar Project / Future Projects
Salary Range: $4,500 - $6,400 / month
Working Hour:Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee contract administration, subcontracts, and client progress claims.
. Source subcontractors and suppliers, evaluate quotations, and manage procurement processes within budget.
. Prepare and submit monthly client progress claims evaluate subcontractor payment claims and prepare payment vouchers.
. Manage variation orders, measure site changes, and prepare cost impact assessments.
. Monitor project expenditure, forecast potential cost overruns, and advise the Project Manager on financial status.
. Prepare and negotiate the settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
