Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role:

Prepare costing for tenders and contracts for private and governments projects

Handle contractual matters with the clients and sub-contractors

Prepare quotation, progress claim, variation order & final account settlement

Support team in contractual disputes.

Requirements:

Possess Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying / Civil Engineering / Architecture

Min 1 year experience in Facade or Curtainwall Industry

Have positive working attitude and proactive

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Able to get the dimension from cad application

Able to start work immediately

5.5 days week.
