Quantity Surveyor

Job description:-

• Preparing the quantity requirements.
• Creating reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other related documents.
• Liaising with clients and other professionals like Site Managers, Project Managers, and Site Engineers.
• Perform monthly cost reporting, tracking of ongoing job and update budgets.
• Attend site meetings, on-site BQ verifications and quality check.
• Prepare quotations and bills of site control and site valuation.
• Assess and evaluate subcontractor payments.

Requirements:-

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Working experience in construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience.
