Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Singapore. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost control and cost planning processes, and ensuring effective cost reporting. The role requires planning, coordination, and communication with relevant stakeholders to manage budgets, assess financial risk, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 - 2 years experience working in engineering / construction industry.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure cost accuracy and financial viability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Relevant professional certification or a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in the construction or real estate development industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams with a commitment to excellence and efficiency
