Quantity Surveyor cum Purchaser (M&E)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender submissions, bills of quantities (BQ), drawings, and plumbing & sanitary (P&S) documents.
• Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Perform quantity take-off, measurement, and cost estimation.
• Manage purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide support in project administration and other related duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in a construction-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or other relevant software).
• Positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• 5.5-day work week
