Purchaser cum Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting drawings, tender evaluations and contract administration.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and procurement schedules.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review quotations, issue purchase orders, and manage contracts.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Provide cost and procurement support to the project team.
• Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes
• Proficiency in cost control and procurement software.
• Ability to work closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers.
