- Evaluated tenders and quotations
- Measured and took off quantities for project tendering
- Prepared and monitored progress claims and subcontractor payments
- Prepared and submitted variation and cost claims, contracts documentation
- Coordinated correspondence among consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Identified variation orders and provided accurate cost implications
- Interpreted and prepared technical drawings for submission
- Prepared reports and materials to meet project requirements
- Provided support and advice during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages
- Conducted site visits as required
- Performed other QS-related tasks as assigned
- Undertook additional roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Company or Director.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work late when required to meet tender deadlines
