Quantity Surveyor

Jobs Description :
1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects. 2. Tender& Contracts : Draft tender documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
3. Project Monitoring: Track project costs, variations, and ensure financial control throughout the construction process.
4. Valuations & Payments: Conduct site measurements, prepare valuations, and authorize interim and final payments.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
3. Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
