Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading global investment management firm to appoint an experienced Quantitative Recruiter to join their Singapore office. This is a key regional role within a highly regarded, performance‑driven organisation, supporting the growth of its quantitative investment and research teams across the APAC region in a regulated financial services environment.

This role will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across APAC for highly specialised quantitative roles, including Quantitative Research, Trading, Data Science, and Quant Engineering positions. Working closely with senior investment leaders and hiring managers across multiple markets, the Quantitative Recruiter will develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top‑tier quantitative talent in a highly competitive landscape.

Acting as a trusted partner to the business, the Quantitative Recruiter will advise stakeholders on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring strategies, while ensuring strong governance around recruitment processes, compliance standards, and documentation. The role will also involve managing relationships with specialist search firms and contributing to employer branding and talent mapping initiatives across the region.

The Quantitative Recruiter will collaborate closely with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams to support shared hiring initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement projects. This role requires a hands‑on, delivery‑focused approach, along with the ability to operate effectively within a fast‑paced, matrixed, and multi‑country environment.

The successful candidate will have prior experience recruiting for quantitative, technical, or front‑office roles, ideally within asset management, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, investment banks, or other regulated financial services organisations. Strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive sourcing mindset, and the ability to engage credibly with senior investment professionals across APAC are essential.
