Pre-launch: market expansion and project management:
Identify business opportunities and drive the end-to-end product development of digital investment products (including mutual fund, stock trading etc), from ideation, design, partnership, testing, roll-out, to post-launch improvements and iterations
Project management, working closely with internal and external stakeholders (product, legal, finance, marketing etc.) to deliver integrated reliable solutions
Work closely with regulators, financial institution partners and service providers to deliver integrated reliable solutions
Draft business requirement document and work together with product/technical team to launch products, including conceptualization of customer journey, articulation and prioritization of business requirements, review of technical build, user testing and working with relevant external and internal stakeholders to set up operational support
Post-launch Product Management
Run promotional campaigns and perform quantitative analytics to drive user growth, product adoption rate and identify enhancement points
Understand and keep abreast of competitive landscape and market trends and being able to conduct research and analysis on industry and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with relevant full time or internship experience in banking, fund management, fintech, or project management
Strong interest in digital financial product ideation and design
Excellent quantitative analytics skills and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to execute, problem solving, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate necessary cross regional communications and collaborations
