Quality Engineer (Plastic Injection Moulding)

Plast Plastics, a leading manufacturer located at Pioneer is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our plastic products.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing quality control procedures/QMS for plastic moulding operations
2. Conducting routine inspections , in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards
3. Analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and proposing corrective and preventive actions
4. Collaborating with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities
6. Providing training and support to production staff on quality best practices

What we're looking for

1. Minimum diploma in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
2. Able to use measuring equipment (Smart Scope/ CMM)
3. Well verse with ISO 13485
4. ISO9100 knowledge a plus
5. At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, from the plastic manufacturing industry
6. Strong technical understanding of plastic moulding processes and quality control principles
