Responsibilities
Requirements Assessment & Product Design:
- Work with customers to analyze feasibility of requirements.
- Evaluate profit potential and technical feasibility.
- Translate customer requirements for functionality and reliability into quality standards (e.g., special characteristics, key dimensions).
Trial Production & Testing:
- Lead trial runs, and oversee testing: appearance, dimensions, function, reliability.
- Coordinate with customers for sample validation.
- Lead PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to ensure parts are ready for mass production.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution:
- Lead trial runs, and oversee testing: appearance, dimensions, function, reliability.
- Coordinate with customers for sample validation.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical)
- Entry level / 2 years relevant experience within manufacturing industry are welcome.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely cross functional teams.
