Quality Engineer

Our client is a leading server/racks & electronics manufacturing services (EMS), specializing in data storage solutions, telecommunication devices, consumer electronics, and embedded systems.

The role of the Quality Engineer includes:

• Lead end-to-end quality improvement initiatives by collaborating with production and cross-functional stakeholders on Kaizen activities, line audits, and ship-hold management.
• Partner with the NPIE team to support NPI documentation, system updates, and smooth production start-up and ramp-up.
• Manage and lead inspectors and technicians to ensure effective line assembly and outgoing inspections, meeting customer delivery and quality requirements.
• Drive quality performance by aligning customer manufacturing standards with internal strategies, analyzing defects, resolving production issues and customer complaints through 8D corrective actions, and delivering clear quality performance reports.
• Coordinate product inspections and safety certification activities with internal teams and external safety agencies to achieve quality KPIs and compliance.

Job Requirement:

• Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
• Proactiveness with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Able to provide constructive solution / advice to the team and Out of Box thinking.
• Good knowledge in ISO management and customer audit
