Performs inspection on outputs for metal bellow, stencil, piece part etc.
Operates QC equipment such as Zwick Tester, Excenter Tester, leak test machine, thickness gauge, hardness tester, visual measuring machine, Standscope, Microscope, Micrometer etc in a safe and productive manner.
Performs data collection for all measurement data for traceability.
Updates inspection data into server / database and technical drawings.
Performs record keeping of all measurement data to ensure good traceability.
Handles special stencil such as dual layer, 3D, thin foil etc in a careful manner.
Performs job scheduling effectively to ensure proper production planning.
Performs area cleaning & equipment maintenance.
Rectifies production problems when needed and performs simple repair works.
Performs any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
At least NITEC / Higher NITEC in Chemical / Science / Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields
Preferably possess 1 year of experience in quality or production environment
