Conduct detailed inspections of incoming materials, components, and finished products to identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards.
Support quality engineer in handling defective found during the production
Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve material quality issues and determine disposition (accept, reject, or rework).
Perform rework tasks on defective components or products to bring them into compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with the production, quality teams and supplier to identify root causes of defects and non-conformities/FA report, and propose process improvements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Monitor and keep track of all material rejection from production
To participate on the Kaizen activities
Participate in the ISO activities
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Hands-on inspector experience.
Must opento all shift including night shift and 12 hours shift.
