- Compile and coordinate First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) per AS9102 requirements
- Maintain technical documents, drawings, and specifications with proper version control
- Perform dimensional inspections using calibrated tools to ensure product conformity
- Record inspection results and report non-conformances for resolution
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Prepare audit documentation for internal, regulatory, and customer audits
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by collecting data and identifying trends
- Assist in creating visual aids, checklists, and training materials to promote quality awareness
