- Compile and coordinate First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) for customer submission in compliance with AS9102.
- Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, and process instructions with proper version control.
- Perform dimensional inspections on manufactured parts using calibrated tools and equipment.
- Record inspection results and report any non-conformances for further review.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) efforts to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare quality documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
- Support continuous improvement by collecting quality data and identifying trends.
- Help create visual aids, checklists, and training materials to promote quality awareness.
