Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management of food safety (HACCP & ISO 22000) and quality assurance programmes across the Central Kitchen and outlets (local and overseas).
- Conduct training for staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and proper food handling practices.
- Support QA testing programmes and new product development initiatives.
- Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Investigate feedback from customers, outlets, and Central Kitchen, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across all operational sites.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors on maintenance and compliance matters related to food safety and QA.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant QA experience in the F&B industry (e.g., central kitchen, manufacturing, or inspection environments).
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
