Responsibilities:
. Develop product in accordance to food regulations, food safety standard and country standard policy
. Participate in related R&D activities to create potentially profitable new products
. Responsible for R&D Projects assigned and managing their progress to meet the targeted deadline
. Formulation of recipes
. Evaluate raw materials
. Conduct shelf life stability study
. Prepare reports and relevant documents as requested and compliance to ISO standard
. Involved in product scale up and assist in product technology transfer
. Assist in Artwork Checking
. Lab maintenance and calibration of equipments
. Provide technical support for product troubleshooting
. Provide technical support to relevant sales, customers and other related departments
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor in Food Technology or other Applied Science
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in Food industry, preferably in beverage industry and
involved retort process
- Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, Halal and other food safety regulations will be an added advantage
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Team player within itiative and good communication skill
- Pro-active in seeking solutions and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
