Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with 1–3 years of experience in human resources, specializing in HR data analytics and process optimization. A Singapore local talent with strong familiarity with local HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory frameworks governed by the Ministry of Manpower.

Demonstrates strong English communication and professional writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear HR reports, policies, and stakeholder communications. Able to translate complex HR data into concise, business-friendly insights to support decision-making.

Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), or Power BI, with hands-on experience in HR metrics tracking (e.g., attrition, hiring funnel, headcount planning, and compensation benchmarking). Skilled in building dashboards and automating reports to improve HR efficiency and data visibility.

Experienced in supporting end-to-end HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. Familiar with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy, reporting consistency, and compliance with local regulations, including frameworks such as the Fair Consideration Framework.

A proactive and adaptable team player with strong stakeholder management skills, able to partner with business units to identify workforce trends, improve hiring effectiveness, and enhance employee experience. Brings a continuous improvement mindset with a keen interest in leveraging data to drive HR transformation.
