Job Summary
Silverpush is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its dynamic engineering team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of innovative advertising technology solutions. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the AdTech sector, and offers the opportunity to work on both existing codebases and new development initiatives.
The successful candidate will directly impact product reliability and user satisfaction, supporting Silverpush's mission to deliver exceptional AI-powered contextual video advertising solutions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, contributing to back-end architectural enhancements and continuous product improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance manual and automated test suites as products evolve, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Conduct rigorous testing for APIs (utilizing Postman), user interfaces, and databases, including detailed debugging processes.
- Perform load and stress testing to validate product reliability under varying conditions.
- Develop and document detailed test cases while generating high-quality bug reports, issue logs, and regression analysis.
- Test mobile and web applications to verify functionality and performance standards are met.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the quality assurance team by promoting best practices.
- Create automation scripts using Python/Java and Selenium (Robot Framework) to streamline testing processes as required.
- Implement workflow improvements, CI/CD practices, and effectively manage software releases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Quality Engineer (experience in the AdTech domain preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while engaging with all levels of management.
