Job scope:
- Perform daily quality checks and inspections on raw materials, production processes, finished goods & returned goods.
- Perform daily hygiene inspection to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (e.g., SFA, ISO, etc).
- Monitor temperature, cleanliness, packaging, labeling, and shelf-life during inspections.
- Supervise the production team to ensure cleanliness (machinery, processing area etc.)
- Monitor usage and replenish stocks of cleaning agents, gloves and other equipment required.
- Report and record non-conformities work with production to investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate QC documentation and inspection records.
- Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), personal hygiene, and proper handling procedures among production staff.
- Train the production line staff on daily incoming/outgoing product inspection, in process and end product inspection,
- Support hygiene training and improvement initiatives related to food safety and quality control
- Handle machineries set up and troubleshooting.
- Preferably from Food Manufacturing industry.
