QAQC Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) processes for PPVC and
• building works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory
• requirements.
• Review and coordinate inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submissions.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on quality-related matters.
• Monitor rectification works and ensure timely closure of quality issues and defects.
• Maintain proper QAQC documentation, reports, inspection records, and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
• Support project completion, TOP, and handover processes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in PPVC projects will be an advantage.
• Familiar with local building regulations, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
