QAQC ENGINEER

Job Description:
1. Plan and implement project-specific QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance
with approved drawings, codes, and regulatory standard.
2. Oversee and enforce compliance of all materials and workmanship with
approved project documentation, contractual specifications, and recognized
industry quality standards.
3. Prepare and maintain all required documentation as directed by the Project
Management Team to ensure proper record-keeping and project compliance.
4. Lead and oversee QA/QC inspections and monitoring activities to ensure all construction works and materials comply with contractual and regulatory
standards.
5. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical
specifications.
6. Knowledge of material testing requirements, standards, and procedures.
7. Conduct internal quality inspections and support external audits, including
client and regulatory authority inspections.
8. Ability to interpret and follow instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or
schedule form. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives and address ad-hoc quality-related
issues as required to maintain project standards.
10.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate
across multidisciplinary teams.11.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as
collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements:
1. Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2-3years of QA/QC experience in construction industry, preferably
in steelworks.
3. Knowledge in quality control documentation.
4. Possess of valid Welding Inspectors certifications.
5. Proficient in MS office application
6. Good understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical
documentation.
7. Excellent problemsolving, communication, and analytical skills.
8. Knowledge in ISO is an advantage.
