Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure that all subcontractors PQPs are fully aligned with and compliant to the Company's PQP requirements.
Oversee and monitor subcontractors Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring all requirements are fully implemented and adhered to throughout project execution.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
Review and approve quality control documentation, including method statements, inspection checklists, and test reports.
Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and report on the quality performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
Prepare and maintain quality records and documentation for project handover.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on quality-related matters.
Conduct training sessions for site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related issues.
Monitor corrective actions and process improvement.
Manage subcontractors to clear defects and achieve required CONQUAS target.
