Lead and develop a team of sourcing professionals, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across purchasing activities.
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals, including cost savings initiatives and process optimization.
Manage supplier relationships end-to-end, including sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and reliability
Oversee purchasing budgets, cost analysis, and inventory coordination to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective material supply.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations while proactively managing supply chain risks and maintaining strong quality standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders to support operations and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering / Business
At least 8 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement
Manufacturing MNC experience
Experience in leading a team
SAP is a must
