SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and client engagement to drive successful ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored presentations and proposals.
• Engage in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and address technical queries throughout the sales process.
• Act as a liaison between sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Oversee ERP project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
• Lead and execute at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients.
• Ensure smooth project transition and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze successful and unsuccessful elements.
• Develop and maintain project communication plans and manage change requests.
• Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support implementation and handover.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA with at least two full-cycle implementation experiences.
• Strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Proven ability to resolve project issues and drive successful project completion.
• Experience in ERP project oversight and customer satisfaction management.
