Job Description

Our client is a well-established, technology-forward organisation with a significant footprint across Singapore and the broader region. As they continue to evolve their people strategy, they are looking for an experienced Manager, Rewards to join their Total Rewards team - taking ownership of compensation, benefits, sales incentives, and rewards operations across the

organisation.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role, sitting within the People function and reporting to a senior Rewards leader, with direct exposure to HR Business Partners, business leaders, Finance, and external partners including consultants and technology vendors.

The Role

You will own the design, execution, and governance of Total Rewards programmes spanning compensation, benefits, sales incentive plans, and rewards operations - ensuring market competitiveness, performance alignment, and cost discipline. This is a hands-on role with broad scope, requiring both strategic thinking and operational rigour.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation & Executive Rewards

  • Own the design, governance, and delivery of compensation frameworks across non-executive populations, including salary structures, benchmarking, and incentive alignment
  • Administer long-term incentive programmes (Restricted Share Plan, Performance Share Plan) and support the annual salary review process
  • Partner with external compensation consultants on market benchmarking and RemCo materials
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and translate findings into actionable recommendations across Singapore and Malaysia

2. Sales Incentive Plan Design

  • Partner with business leaders and Finance to design and refine sales commission and incentive structures aligned with commercial strategy
  • Model plan scenarios, cost projections, and payout distributions to ensure plans are competitive and fiscally responsible

3. Benefits Strategy & Vendor Governance

  • Own the end-to-end benefits portfolio including group insurance, medical, dental, and wellness programmes
  • Lead annual insurance renewals and manage vendor relationships to optimise employee value proposition

4. Rewards Operations, Systems & Data Integrity

  • Own compensation and benefits budgeting in partnership with Finance, using Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Maintain and enhance rewards modules in SAP SuccessFactors; serve as the functional SME for system configurations and troubleshooting
  • Ensure data integrity and produce regular and ad-hoc rewards reporting for leadership

5. Stakeholder & External Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with compensation consultants, insurance brokers, and technology vendors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance, Procurement, and IT to deliver integrated rewards solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6–10 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in compensation consulting with subsequent in-house experience; strong candidates transitioning in-house are welcome to apply
  • Strong proficiency in compensation analysis, job evaluation methodologies, and market benchmarking
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (strongly preferred) and SAP Ariba (a plus)
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; comfortable with modelling and scenario planning
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CCP, GRP) are advantageous but not required
