Job Summary

Responsible for driving and coordinate high-impact sales priorities, ensuring seamless execution of global sales initiatives across the organization. Responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making, optimizing sales strategies and structures, and leading cross-functional project management activities to support commercial excellence and strategic growth.

What You Will be Responsible for

  • Partner closely with senior sales leadership to drive strategic priorities, ensuring alignment, focus, and execution across global and regional sales initiatives
  • Support and recommend sales strategies through rigorous data analysis, translating insights into actionable plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead and manage projects and initiatives activities for key sales programs, ensuring structured planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and timely delivery of initiatives
  • Conduct comprehensive sales business plan reviews, monitoring performance against targets and identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate and optimize sales structures, providing recommendations to enhance effectiveness, scalability, and market alignment
  • Oversee CRM utilization and data integrity, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility, reporting, and adoption to support decision-making
  • Provide strategic support in customer bid and tender processes, ensuring competitive, data-backed proposals aligned with commercial objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Experience

Five (5) years of work experience in business analysis, project management in commercial

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, quantitative methods or related fields

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of sales strategy development, sales planning, and commercial operations
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance tracking tools
  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures and incentive design principles
  • Experience in customer bid and tender processes, including proposal development and pricing coordination
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
