Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
. Assist in the procurement of goods and services based on company requirements.
. Create and process purchase orders (POs) in the system.
. Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate terms.
. Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
. Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and documentation.
. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing needs are met.
. Check and verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
. Support the Purchasing/Procurement Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management when required.
. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
. No prior experience required fresh graduates are welcome.
. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
. Good communication and negotiation skills.
. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
. Team player with a positive attitude.
. Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
. Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents only.
