Purchasing / Procurement Assistant

Salary: $2200 - $2800

Location: Tuas Naval Base (transport provided) OR Sembawang Camp

Timing: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5.30pm

Up to 2 months bonus

Job Description:

Procurement Processing - source for few quotes, price and availability of goods and services required by the RSN Units and put up Purchase Request (PR) using the systems and established processes.
Manage the Unit's stores, infrastructure and facilities (including office equipment) and perform transactions for stores movement, estate management and equipment servicing using the systems and established processes.
Support the Authority or Units events and activities, such as escorting suppliers within camps, ushering and registering of guests, venue setup and supervision of works by Authority's contractors.
