Purchasing and Financing Manager

We are looking for a tough, highly experienced seafood professional who can handle pressure, travel frequently, and take full responsibility for procurement and operations. This is a office job cum operations roll..This is a hands-on, high-demand operational role.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel regularly from Singapore to Malaysia, China, Thailand, and Indonesia to personally source and procure seafood

Conduct on-site inspection, grading, and strict quality control before purchase

Negotiate directly with suppliers on pricing, volume, and delivery terms

Manage stock control, wastage, and cost efficiency

Coordinate cross-border logistics and urgent shipments

Work hands-on in seafood kitchen operations when required

Support 24-hour operational needs, including overnight procurement or emergency supply issues

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Minimum 5 years solid experience in seafood trade and procurement

Minimum 3 years experience in office skill in procurement list.

Deep knowledge of seafood grading, market pricing, and seasonal trends

Valid Malaysia driving license (must be confident driving in Malaysia)

Able to travel anytime on short notice

Physically strong and able to work long, irregular hours
