Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house service operations
- Lead and manage service crew during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
Customer Experience
- Deliver and uphold high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure team provides knowledgeable and personalized service
Team Leadership
- Train, guide, and motivate service staff
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented culture
Administrative Support
- Monitor stock levels for service-related items and coordinate replenishment
- Assist with reporting, daily sales, and operational records
- Support management in implementing SOPs and service improvements
Requirements
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Service-oriented with attention to detail
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
