Property Manager (Town Council)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of residential properties

• Act as main liaison with residents, MCST council members, and vendors

• Oversee maintenance works, service contracts, and preventive maintenance schedules

• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support arrears management

• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, and statutory requirements

• Conduct site inspections and present regular management reports

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field

• 3-5 years of residential property management experience

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Familiar with Singapore strata management and regulatory requirements
