We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end renovation of our Singapore office, a heritage-listed shophouse. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and conservation requirements.
In addition, the role will manage the leasing of surplus office space and act as the key client-side representative to consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead the full renovation project from planning to handover (target completion: 2026)
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee design, approvals, procurement, construction, and defect management
- Coordinate fit-out, remedial, and IT-related works
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project closure
Regulatory & Heritage Compliance
- Liaise with authorities including URA, BCA, and SCDF
- Ensure full compliance with conservation and regulatory requirements
- Manage permits, approvals, and documentation
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Lead tender process, evaluation, and contractor selection
- Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Oversee safety standards and contract performance
Budget & Cost Management
- Develop and manage project budget and cost tracking
- Review claims, variations, and invoices
- Provide regular cost reporting and recommendations
- Drive value engineering while maintaining quality
Leasing of Office Space
- Appoint and manage leasing agents
- Support marketing and tenant sourcing
- Coordinate lease negotiations and tenant onboarding
Stakeholder Management
- Engage internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Support broader initiatives related to the office space as required
Requirements
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in construction or renovation project management
- Experience with heritage/conservation projects in Singapore (URA guidelines)
- Familiarity working with regulatory authorities (URA, BCA, SCDF)
- Strong experience in procurement and contract management
- Proven ability to manage budgets and multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, self-driven, and able to work independently in a lean team

- Professional certifications (Project Management, WSH, etc.)
- Experience working in lean or standalone project roles
