Project Management Engineer (MNC/ Construction/ Training Provided)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects.

• Organize and execute work assignments within the section.

• Responsible and take necessary corrective actions in case of non-conformance of the team.

• Review all outgoing correspondence from supervisors to customers.

• Coordinate with various departments such as BA, Engineering, QA or Design regarding equipment delivery schedules, part shortages, or defective parts.

• Review and justify all PR for materials and services.

• Aid in the design and implementation of new work instructions/forms to improve work quality and efficiency.

• Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of tools and instruments used by installers.

• Assist in the review, maintenance, and updating of Installation Manuals, as well as in the preparation of new or revised Installation Check Records.

• Acquisition and distribution of installation drawings, ICR and QADL to installer

• Initiate adherence to the Environmental Policy, relevant legislation, and pollution prevention measures with subcontractors and supervisors.

• Ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety patrols and meetings with supervisors and subcontractors.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager and senior management personnel.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering discipline

• 5years experience preferable or training will be provided for those without experience

• Basic administrative skills
