Job Description
1. Understand the product's industry and market, collaborating with marketing colleagues on product launch, promotion, and brand image.
2. Analyze user needs, create innovative features, refine functionality, collaborate with teams for implementation, and ensure a seamless user experience with appealing visuals and copy.
3. Responsible for comprehensive resource planning and design in product, market, and user-related areas during the pre-launch and operational phase
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Game Design, Project Management or related fields, with at least 5+ years of experience in game project management, preferably in a global or cross‑regional game development environment.
2. Proven track record as a technical‑oriented project manager in game R&D, with deep understanding of game development pipelines, technical workflows, and cross‑team collaboration models.
3. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for daily coordination, reporting, and alignment with overseas studios and global stakeholders.
4. Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities as an NHS People Manager, including team coordination, resource allocation, and performance guidance.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across time zones, with strong planning, prioritization, and risk‑management skills.
6. Proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and ability to drive execution in a fast‑paced, dynamic game industry environment.
7. Deep understanding of global game markets, user trends, and product‑launch strategies.
