Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth by uncovering and securing new business opportunities within the civil and structural engineering sector. This position is centred on expanding market presence and cultivating strategic relationships rather than technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
. Identify and pursue new business prospects across key stakeholder groups, including architects, consultants, developers, and investors
. Establish and nurture a strong professional network to generate leads and strategic partnerships
. Initiate, manage, and convert business discussions into sustainable, long-term client relationships
. Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are effectively aligned with company offerings
Candidate Profile:
. Energetic and driven individual with a proactive approach to networking and business development
. Strong commercial acumen with confidence in outreach, engagement, and relationship management
. Proven ability to interact with stakeholders within the built environment (e.g., architects, engineers, developers)
. Background in civil or structural engineering is advantageous but not mandatory
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
