Manage all aspects of HR, including Talent Acquisition and Retention, Payroll, Employee Relations, Welfare, Insurance, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.
Lead, guide, and support the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Review and optimize compensation and benefits plans to ensure cost-efficiency and enhance employee retention.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
Design and execute improvement plans for HR processes and performance management systems.
Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Provide expert recommendations and advice on HR best practices to stakeholders.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
They possess strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices, coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on, proactive approach and a positive attitude are essential. Familiarity with InfoTech systems is a plus.
