Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of HR, including Talent Acquisition and Retention, Payroll, Employee Relations, Welfare, Insurance, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.
  • Lead, guide, and support the HR team in day-to-day operations.
  • Review and optimize compensation and benefits plans to ensure cost-efficiency and enhance employee retention.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Design and execute improvement plans for HR processes and performance management systems.
  • Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert recommendations and advice on HR best practices to stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • They possess strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices, coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on, proactive approach and a positive attitude are essential. Familiarity with InfoTech systems is a plus.
