About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Facilities professional to manage day-to-day site operations and ensure our facilities run smoothly in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is responsive, proactive, and able to follow through on both operational issues and stakeholder queries independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities operations across assigned sites, ensuring smooth functioning of building systems (M&E, exhaust, plumbing, etc.)
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate maintenance works with vendors to ensure timely and quality resolution
- Support incident and emergency response, including after-hours coordination when required
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct fire drills exercises (table-top/on-site), ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and proper documentation
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory standards
- Assist in vendor management, including sourcing quotations and monitoring contractor performance
- Support budgeting and cost tracking, highlighting variances and potential cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate A&A and repair works, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Provide on-ground technical support to operations, tenants, and internal teams
- Liaise with landlords, authorities, and relevant agencies, ensuring timely responses, proper documentation, and compliance with licensing requirements
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance/management
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong ownership and follow-through reliable in driving tasks to completion
- Confident in managing vendors and resolving on-ground issues effectively
- Able to respond quickly and communicate clearly with landlords, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Experience in F&B, food courts, malls, or other high-traffic environments is an advantage
- FSM (Fire Safety Manager) certification is an added advantage
- Experience in conducting fire drills and managing fire safety compliance is an added advantage
