Project Manager - Temenos

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with hands-on experience in Temenos implementations to lead core banking transformation programs. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensure delivery excellence, and coordinate across cross-functional teams including business, technology, and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end T24 implementation or upgrade projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the bank, Temenos, system integrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and go-live activities.
• Drive UAT coordination, training plans, and post-go-live support strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Temenos implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of T24 modules (e.g., AA, Lending, Payments, Treasury, etc.).
• Strong banking domain knowledge - retail, corporate, digital, or treasury.
• Ability to oversee migration, interface design, SIT/UAT, and cutover plans
