Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflow for construction projects
Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to integrate BIM methodologies.
Enhance design efficiency and streamline construction processes by applying BIM and VDC concepts
Oversee the creation, development, and updating of 3D models and drawings
Provide guidance to the project's BIM Team
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIM software and workflows.
Prepare BIM progress reports and performance metrics and lead design technical meetings with relevant stakeholders (Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors)
Support the QS department in managing variation order claims arising from design changes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management for civil or infrastructure projects (must possess at least 5 years of hands on experience)
Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Dynamo.
